10 c. ground zucchini, not peeled but seeded
|

1 c. onions, ground
|
|
2 green peppers, ground
|
|
1 red sweet pepper, ground
|
|
4 T. pickling salt
|
|
2 1/4 c. vinegar
|
|
5 c. sugar
|
|
2 tsp. celery seed
|
|
|
|
1 T. cornstarch
|
|
1 tsp. nutmeg
|
|
1 tsp dry mustard
|
|
1 tsp. tumeric
|
|

|

|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Grind zucchini, onions, green peppers, and red peppers. Stir together and add 4 tablespoons of pickling salt. Let stand 2 or 3 hours.

Combine the vinegar, sugar, celery seed, nutmeg, dry mustard, tumeric and cornstarch.
|
|
|
Add veggie mixture and vinegar mixture and boil for 3 minutes or more. Put this boiling mixture in hot sterilized jars and seal.

|
Serve with hotdogs or any meats. Can use in other dishes also.
