Instructions |

|
to make rue- melt 1/2 stick butter and stir in 2 TBL flour
|

heat half and half to a boil, stirring often
|
|

add grated cheese and stir well, reduce heat to med or lower.
|
|
|
Add 1 TBL rue and stir until sauce starts to thicken. If you want it thicker, add more rue.
