Heat 2 Tbsp Olive oil in a large skillet.
Add 2 cloves chopped garlic.
Cook until garlic starts to turn brown.
Add chopped onions and chopped broccoli to the skillet.
Cook until the broccoli is barely tender.

In the meantime, cook pasta.
|

Once the broccoli is tender, add 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of flour and stir.
Add 1/4-1/2 c. milk and stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
Season with salt/pepper to taste.

|
Drain the pasta well, mix in 1/2c. shredded italian cheese. Once thoroughly incorporated, stir in the milk/broccoli mixture.
Serve hot
