|
Marinate Chicken pieces in yogurt, turmeric, curry, and garlic/ginger paste for at least one hour.

|
In a thick sauce pan heat oil and saute onions until brown. Add tomatoes and stir until thickened. Add chicken stiring occasionally.
|

|
Add butter to chicken and water if you want a thinner sauce. Optional- add chili powder
|
|
|
Once chicken cooked completely,serve. Garnish with cilantro and lemon wedges.
