3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

4 cans of tuna

sweet pickle relish

mayonaise

onion (optional), chopped

celery salt (optional)

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |

|
Boil eggs at a hard boil for 8 minutes. Cool, peel, and chop.
|

Drain cans of tuna and add to a mixing bowl.
Add chopped eggs and chopped onion (optional).
|

Add mayonaise and relish to taste and texture desired. About 1 cup of mayo and 1/4 cup of relish is a good start.
|
|
|
Salt and pepper to taste.
