|
Wash and cut potatoes (leave skin on).
Place potatoes in a large stock pot and cover with water.
Boil until fork-tender.

Drain potatoes and return to stock pot.
Add in one stick of butter and 1/2 cup of milk.
Mash potatoes to desired consistency.

|
Add more milk and butter for flavor and consistency.
Add garlic salt or regular salt, and pepper to taste.

Serve with red meatballs and gravy.
