Spray a bunt pan thoroughly with cooking spray. Place nuts and raisons on bottom of pan. Cut open roll bag and put cinnamon in bag and shake until all rolls are covered with cinnamon. Place rolls evenly in pan.
Evenly sprinkle pudding mix and brown sugar over rolls. Melt butter and pour evenly over rolls. Place wax paper over bunt pan. Allow rolls to raise approx. 8 hours.
Remove was paper. Bake for 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Flip pan onto plate right away and remove pan.
