Carefully trim mushroom cap to expose the spore area; at an angle.
Combine the cream cheese, parmesan cheese and crab meat. Place
virgin oil into mushroom caps and sprinkle the garlic in the oil.
Add 1 Tbsp of the crab mixture into the cap.
Put foil on container. Slice butter into cubes and put in bottom of
container. Add garlic to the butter.
Cover container with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Switch the oven to broil and remove the foil during the last 5
minutes.
