heat oven to 350 degrees. warp 4 tortillas at a time in
microwavable paper towels. Microwave on High 20 to 30 seconds
or until they can be folded without cracks.
Spoon chicken evenly in center of each tortillas. Pour salsa over
the enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese, sour cream, and onion.
Bale uncovered 15-25 minutes or until throughly heated. Sprinkle
with cilantro. Let stand for 5 minutes.
