Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread canola oil in bottom of a 9x13 dish. Add Bisquick, paprika, slat, pepper, garlic powder, and italian herb. Blend.
Coat both sides of each chicken breast with the mixture and place in baking dish. Coat tops with canola cooking spray. Bake for 35 minutes i=oe=r until coatin is golden.
