2 chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch cubes (dredge in flour first)

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 Tbsp butter

2 carrots, chopped

3 medium potatoes in 1 inch cubes

Instructions |
|
|
In stew pot or kettle, combine chicken, salt, pepper, butter and bay leaf.

Brown chicken and cover with just enough water. Simmer till chicken is tender.

Add vegetables and cook till tender.
