Season flour with salt and pepper
Wet chicken breasts with water and dredge in flour.

Heat oil and 3 tblspn. of butter in skillet.
Add chicken and cook 6 min. on each side.
|
|
|
Add lemon juice and broth to pan drippings.
Bring to a boil for 1 min.
|
|
|
Add remaining butter, stir and pour over chicken.
