In the microwave, put a little water in bottom of a bowl, add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. When done, cut potatoes in half.
In a frying pan, add Italian dressing and saute the potatoes cut side down for about 4 minutes. Flip over (skin side down, add cheese and bacon. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
