Melt margarine and chocolate chips. Do Not Boil! When cool, fold in marshmallows. Chocolate must be very cool or marshmallows will melt.
Divide mixture onto 2 sheets of foil or waxed paper. Wet hands and form into 2-3 inch rolls. Wrap rolls in waxed paper and cool in refrigerator. Slice.
