In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 7 ingredients; mix well. Place salmon in bag. Seal and turn to coat; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Drain and discard marinade from fish and vegetables. Place 1 piece salmon and about 1/3 cup vegetables on a piece of double layered of heavy duty foil about 18 inches square. fold foil around mixture and seal tightly. Grill covered over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork.
