3 c. rolled oats (Quaker is fine)

2 c. chopper raw almonds
|
|
2 c. copped raw cashews or hazelnuts
|
|
2 c. salt-free roasted sunflower seeds
|
|
1/4 c. honey or agave nectar
|
|
1/2 c. wheat germ
|
|
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
|
|
2 tsp cinnamon
|
|
1.5 c. diced dried fruit
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except
for the fruit in a large bowl and toss well.
|
|
|
Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for approx. 14 minutes,
stirring a couple times throughout.
|
|
|
When it is golden, take out of oven and add the dried fruit.
