Mix pudding and milk, fold in topping, set aside. In a 9x13 inch pan, line with crackers, layer of pudding, more crackers, more pudding, ending with layer of crackers. Make topping by bringing to a boil, the sugar, cocoa and milk. Cook one minute, stir in butter, vanilla and salt. Cool for 15 mins. Pour over pudding and cracker mix. Refrigerate. Best if cooled all night.
