|
add yeast sugar and water to a small jug and cover for about 15 mins until frothing
|
|
|
mix flour curry leaves salt yoghurt and oil together
add yeast mixture and enough warm water to form a moist dough
|
|
|
allow dough to rise in a warm place for at least 30 mins
|
|
|
knock back and shape
sprincle sea salt and butter over breads and bake in a hot oven for about 5 to 10 min each side.
