Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat baking dish
with non-stick spray. In a baking dish, mix
mushrooms, broccoli, eggs, butter, and flour.
Whisk until thoroughly mixed and yolks are
blended. Bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are no
longer runny.
Make it skinny- Use only egg whites, and skip the
cheese and butter. Your tastebuds will hardly
notice.
