Flatten bread with rolling pin so it is 1/4 inch thick. Combine pork, Chinese vegetables, scallions and soy sauce in nonstick skillet. Cook over low heat 5 minutes; mix well. Spoon half of mixture into individual baking dish or ramekin. Top mixture with flattened bread slice. Spoon remaining half of each mixture onto bread. Roll bread; secure with toothpicks. Broil about 4 inches from source of heat for 4-5 minutes or until bread is lightly browned.
