Add flour to cubed meat. Toss to coat.
Saute bacon in large (8 quart) pot over medium heat until clear
Increase heat to high.
Add floured meat to pot and brown.
Add onions, garlic and peppers and saute until onions are clear.
Add remaining ingrediants, mashing tomatoes with your hands
to break them up.
Simmer 1 hour.
Serve with copious amounts of cheese, onions, sour cream, or
whatever your heart desires..
Tip
wear gloves while working with the chilis, they will burn your
hands.
