3 bananas (2 sliced, one mashed)

2 c. rolled oats
|
|
1 tsp baking powder
|
|
1/4 tsp kosher salt
|
|
1 egg, beat
|
|
1.5 c skim milk
|
|
1 tsp vanilla
|
|
1 heaping tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions |
|
|
Combine dry ingredients- oats, powder, salt; combine wet
ingredients- beat egg, mashed banana, milk, vanilla. Pour wet
ingredients into dry and mix well.

LIne 8'' pan with parchment paper (cut sides). Layer some banana
slices on bottom. Pour batter into pan. Top with remaining slices
|
|
|
Bake at 375 for about 26 minutes
|
|
|
Increase heat to broil, sprinkle oatmeal with brown sugar and broil
for 3-4 minutes.
