Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream sugars, oil, and egg until light and fluffy. Blend in coffee, Butter Buds and lemon juice. Gradually add flour, mixing well after each addition. Stir in oats, nuts, and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto non-stick cookie sheets. Bake 7 to 10 minutes, or until light brown.
