In a bowl, combine diced onion, garlic cloves, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Take the steak and make criss cross score marks on each side (this helps the marinade to soak in)
Place in a 9X13 square dish. Pour marinade over steak, turning to coat.
Put in Refridgerator for at least 4 hours. Just before grilling, sprinkle w/ granulated garlic and salt & pepper. Grill to done likeness. When done, drizzle a little more balsamic vinegar ontop of steak. Serve & Enjoy!
