1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 cup oil

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 package chocolate chips

1 cup flour

1 cup quaker oats
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix together eggs and sugar. Add in oil and vanilla. Then add flour. Add quick Quaker Oats and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.

Mix well, pour into 9x9 pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
|
|
|
Cut into bars.
|
|
|
If desired, you may add 1 cup of coconut
|
