Remove skin and any excess fat from chicken. Melt butter in a
skillet. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, and spices in a shallow plate.
Coat chicken pieces in butter, then coat with breadcrumb
mixture-arrange chicken in large shallow baking dish. Drizzle
any remaining butter over the chicken. Bake at 325-350 for 1
hour, or until done. Serve with the rice recipe below.

For the Rice Pilaf-
Melt butter in saucepan, add onion and garlic, cook briefly, add egg
noodles, cook over low heat 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add
rice, cook 5 minutes, stirring. Add broth, bring to boil, cover pan,
simmer 35 minutes, let stand 10-20 minutes before serving.
