Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix eggs, butter and buttermilk in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients slowly to egg buttermilk mixture. Add raisins and carrawy seeds. Pour into a greasaed 9 inch round cake pan. Make a criss-cross on the top of the dough with a knife. Sprinkle slightly with flour. BAke for 5o to 60 min until golden brown.
