In 2nd large pot, fill with water, bring to a boil. Make meatballs
with ground meat, egg, and bread crumbs. Don't roll balls too
tight (they need to be loose to absorb the sauce). Drop
meatballs in boiling water. When they are done, they will rise to
the top and float. Scoop from water and drop into sauce (drain
using slotted spoon).
