2 cans of beans

1 red onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp oil

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp chilly powder

1/2 glass of water

1 tbsp tomato ketchup

Instructions |

|
Heat the oil and fry the onions until sweating.
|
|
|
Add beans, salt, chilly powder, tomato ketchup and mix well. Add
water and cover for about 7-8 mins.
|
|
|
Uncover and mash slightly (not completely). Once the water os
gone and the beans are covered with a thick paste, serve.
