Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate.
Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Arrange fruit over batter in pie plate. Combine cream cheese, sugar and 3 Tbsp reserved syrup in a small bowl and beat 2 minutes.
Spoon over fruit within one inch of dish edge. Mix 1 Tbsp sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350 deg. oven until crust is golden brown.
