Brown-
Itallian Sausage, Ground Chuck & drain...Add Garlic and put back onto heat...Add Tomato Paste, Salt, Basil, & Oregano. Simmer for 30 minutes or until sauce is dark in color.
While Sauce is Simmering-
Bring Water in Large Pot to Boil, Add Lasagna Noodles.
In Bowl Mix-
Cottage Cheese, Eggs, (slightly beaten)Parmesian Cheese, Parsley Flakes, dash Salt & Pepper
Layer In This Exact Order-
Noodles In Bottom of Pan
Enough Cottage Cheese Mixture to Cover
A Layer of Mozzarella Cheese
Enough Meat Sauce To Cover Cheese
Repeat- Usually once or twice more
You Must Have Meat Sauce On Top Layer!!!
Bake @ 375 preheated oven for 45 minutes
Let Sit for 30 minutes or More Before Cutting
Freezes unbakes or baked Nicely.
