Open the following cans and pour into a large pot, large enough to hold 8 quarts- corned beef, tomato sauce, cream corn, whole corn. Refill the tomato cans with water and pour into pot.
Dice onion and add to pot. Peel and cube potatoes, then add to pot. Pour entire bag of green beans into pot.
Season with parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Stir frequently. Cook on Medium-Low for 45 minutes or until potatoes and lima beans are tender.
