     M&M Monster Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
2 and 1/4 cups peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
2 cups sugar
2 and 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
6 eggs
1 and 1/2 tsp. corn syrup
1 and 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking soda
10 and 1/2 - 11 cups uncooked rolled (old fashioned) oats
 
4 cups plain M&M's (can substitute some chocolate chips and/or raisins)
Instructions
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beat well. Stir in corn syrup, vanilla and soda. Add rolled oats and M&M's; mix thoroughly. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet (or onto parchment lined cookie sheet). Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. NOTE- This recipe requires no flour. Yield- about 10 dozen cookies
