Add melted chocolate or carob to tofu and blend until smooth. Pour into dessert dishes and chill for at least 4 hours.
For a pie, pour into a graham cracker crust.
For a raspberry pie, add 8 to 10 oz raspbery all fruit preserves to chocolate tofu mixture and blend. Pour into crust and chill.
Chocolate Coma Freeze- Sppon mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze until firm. Spoon into dessert dishes to serve.
