1/2 Cup mayonnaise
|
|
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
|
|
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
|
|
1 Tb lemon juice
|
|
1 to 1 1/2 ts curry powder
|
|
2 Cups cooked rice
|
|
1 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
|
|
4 Cups cook, cubed 1/2 in chicken
|
|
1 Cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
|
|
|
|
1 Cup Italian-style dry bread cumbs
|
|
2 Tb margarine or butter, melted
|
|
1/2 cup slivered almonds
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Heat oven to 350.
In a small bowl combine mayannaise, soups, lemon juice and curry powder.
|
|
|
In a 9x13 backing dish layer rice, broccoli and chicken, pour soup mixture over chicken then sprinkle with cheese.
|
|
|
In a small bowl combine bread crumbs and margarine, sprinkle on cassarole, top with almonds.
|
|
|
Bake 30-40 minutes or until heated through and broccoli is crisply tender.
