300ml Veg Stock

400g tinned tomatoes

Salt n Pepper

Instructions |

|
Fry onion and garlic in oil until tender
|
|
|
Add tomatoes, wine and herbs/spices, stir for a few minutes.
|
|
|
Add mince, stir for a few minutes then add stock and vegetables.
|
|
|
Bring to boil, them simmer with lid on until reduced (about 30mins).
