Season with salt, pepper, parsley, curry if desired, or bullion or hot sauce, or thyme. Curry is good but it gets to be too much.
Cut veggies in small to medium pieces. Cover with water and boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer and continue cooking until veggies are tender. Add soup mix.
Can also add cooked cut up beets or spinach or fresh dill.
extra carbs but can add cooked rice, macaroni, chicken cubes.
