1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans (mild, med., or hot) depending on taste
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Brown the ground beef, set aside. In a blender add 2 of the 4 cans of Mexican style stewed tomatoes, you can do more depending on how thick you want your chili, and blend for a few seconds. Then pour blended tomatoes and remainder of canned tomatoeds into a crockpot set to low.
Add browned ground beef, you can use other ground products to your taste such as turkey, drained kidney beans, chili beans (do not drain), white pepper, cayenne pepper, diced onions, salt and pepper, and if you want to use chili powder you can add a dash to taste.
Let cook in crockpot for atleast 4 hours, stirring occassionally, until ready to serve.
