Prepare pie crust, sift all dry ingredients for pie shell together. Add liquids, mix together and press into 9 inch pie pan. Prick well. Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven.
Mix sugar, cornstarch and water in sauce pan. Boil until thick and clear. Remove from heat and add jello and fruit. Mix and our into 9 inch pie shell.
Chill 3-4 hours until set.
