In a medium bowl, soften cream cheese. Add Accent seasoning and mix well by hand. Chop dried beef and onions and add to cream cheese mixture. Mix well. Form into 2 cheese balls. Keep refrigerated or frozen. (I wrap them in plastic wrap first to help form them, then I wrap with aluminum foil before freezing.) We have used this recipe to make cheese balls for church fund-raisers. Have people order ahead to make sure you have enough because they go quickly.
