2.5 cups Whole Milk

2 cups Half and Half
|

4 oz. Bittersweet Chocolate bar, chopped

4 oz. Milk Chocolate bar, chopped

1 Tbsp. Sugar plus 1 tsp. for whipped cream

1 Tsp. Vanilla plus 1/2 capful for whipped cream
|

1 cup Heay whipping cream
|

Instructions |

|
Heat up the milk and half and half until simmering. Off heat, stir in the bittersweet and milk chocolate.

Once the chocolate has melted, add the sugar and vanilla. Return to heat until warmed through.
|
|
|
Meanwhile, with a mixer, beat on high 1 cup of heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla with a whisk attachment until the cream forms peaks.
|
|
|
Serve hot chocolate in mugs and top with whipped cream. You can dust the whipped cream with chocolate shavings if you have extra. Enjoy!
