melt butter in the top of a double boiler, add beer. When the beer is warm add grated cheese. Stir constantly with a fork until cheese is melted. Add mustard and seasonings. Serve immediately over hot toast
Microwave Directions
Melt butter in a 11/2 quart casserole dish on medium power for 30 seconds. add beer and microwave on medium for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles form. (do not boil.) Add grated cheese and heat on medium for 11/2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. stir every minute. Stir in mustard and seasonings. Serve immediately over hot toast.
