Line 9x13 pan with foil and coat with the 2 tsp of butter.
Combine first 3 ingredients for 1st layer and melt over low heat in a heavy bottomed saucepan. Once melted and smooth spread into prepared pan and chill until set.
Next 7 ingredients form the 2nd layer- Bring sugar and milk to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to med-low and boil and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in butter, marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla. Once combined add nuts. Spread over 1st layer and chill until set.
Next 2 ingredients form the 3rd layer- Melt caramels and cream together, stirring over low heat until smooth. Cook stirring 4 minutes longer. Spread over 2nd layer and chill until set.
Last 3 ingredients form the 4th layer- Combine ingredients and melt over low heat in a heavy bottomed saucepan. Once melted and smooth spread over 3rd layer and chill until set.

Suggestions
Chill until firm and then cut into 1x1 inch squares. Store in refrigerator but let warm a bit before serving.
