3 cans of clams with juice
|
|
1 can evaporated milk
|
|
3 to 4 slices bacon, diced and cooked
|
|
1/4 cup diced onion
|
|
2 or 3 potatoes, diced and partially cooked

Instructions |

|
Fry the bacon and saute the onion.
|
|
|
In a large saucepan, combine the bacon and onion with the clams and juice. Heat gently.
|
|
|
Add the evaporated milk and an equal amount of water.
|
|
|
Add the partially cooked potatoes. DO NOT BOIL. Warm it up, add salt and pepper as desired.
