In a large pot, add olive oil and heat (not too hot) add chopped onions and green peppers and seasonings saute over medium heat for about 5 min.

Skin Italian Sausage and add to the pot and brown chopping it into small pieces until done. Start boiling your water for the angle hair pasta adding salt and a little olive oil
|

|
Add jars of Ragu sause and simmer. Add Angel Hair pasta to boiling water and cook according the directions. (I use Barilla Multigrain Angel Hair it cooks in (6 min)

Drain pasta when done and add to sause. Stir and it is ready to serve. Best with Garlic Toast
