Coat 12 muffin cups with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, combine margarine, sugar, egg substitute, and milk.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Add to milk mixture, and mix until just combined. Gently stir in blueberries.
Divide batter among muffin cups. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center of a muffin comes out clean, about 30 mins. Remove muffins from pan, and place on a wire rack to cool.
