Warm oil in a large nonstick skillet. Press garlic cloves through a garlic press into warm oil. Add chicken, and stir over medium heat to coat with garlic and oil.
Stir in water, tomato paste, soy saucce and lemon juice. Simmer, covered, over low heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring once or twice, until chicken is cooked through. Add parsley.
Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
Toss chicken with hot shells.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
