Dip steaks in buttermilk. Combine flour less 1 Tbsp, salt, and steak seasoning. Dip steaks into flour mixture.

Set steaks on wax paper and let stand for 20 minutes. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in skillet. Add steaks.

Cook on both sides until golden brown. Remove from pan and keep warm.

|
Combine milk with reserved 1 Tbsp flour in bowl and mix well. Stirring constantly, add milk mixture to skillet. Once added, bring mixture to boil. Lower heat and simmer until gravy thickens.
