Sprinkle with celery salt, garlic salt, onion salt, liquid smoke. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight or at least 7 hours before serving.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce. Cover, brisket fat side up, and bake in broiler pan 5 hours at 275.
Uncover and smear with BBQ sauce. Bake 1 hour uncovered and set out to cool 1/2 hour before slicing.
