Mix oil and eggs together in a bowl using a mixer until the eggs are mixed. Stir in the flour using a wooden spoon. Add flour to desired consistency. Place approximately 1 pound flour on waxpaper. Take small ball of dough, roll it outm, cut with smooth butter knife into 1/2 inch strips.

have broth (enough for noodles to move in) boiling. between batched of noodles add hot water/bouillion and reboil. Add the noodles 1 at a time.

Cook approx 10 minutes. For buttery taste add heaping tablespoon of butter to the broth.

To Freeze-
Cut out noodles, place wax paper on cookies sheet. Spread noodles out on the sheet, freeze. after frozen place in a bag. To use - remove bag from freezer. Have broth boiling, place noodles in broth and cook.
